Underground Storage Footprint and 40HQ Estimator

Screen the storage footprint and export load before asking for drawings. The 40HQ estimate uses Storm Manage’s stated capacity of up to 330 m3 installed storage volume per container.

Inputs

This is a sizing screen. Final layout needs module type, cover depth, load case, and access points.

Result

313 m3 Gross module zone
260 m2 Plan footprint
1 40HQ screen

One container screen. Add accessories and packing details before order release.

Engineering notes

Depth changes footprint quickly. Void ratio changes the gross module zone. A 96 percent figure is a screening ceiling from public geocellular guidance, not a substitute for product submittals. Cover depth still matters. Traffic loads need review. Access points take space. Pretreatment may add chambers. Outlet control can shift the layout. Container count is only an export screen. One 40HQ target may still need accessory space, labels, membranes, connectors, and staged packing for site release. Engineers should check ground conditions. Buyers should attach drawings. Contractors should mark installation sequence. Distributors should plan reorder timing. Storm Manage can review the 40HQ target. Final layout needs module selection. Clear inputs shorten the quotation path. Bad depth assumptions cause redesign.
